Shipping Policy

All items, unless specified otherwise will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please allow a further 2-3 days for delivery. Delivery is available throughout UAE. Please note if you have made purchases from Belle Belle Crafts and other vendors in the same order, your order will be delivered individually by each vendor. Consequently please expect multiple delivery notifications.  Please allow for potential delays in delivery during public and religious holidays.

Refund Policy

Once your product has been delivered to you and you have confirmed receipt, the transaction will be deemed complete. Any loss or damage to the product from that point is your responsibility. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which is broken during delivery, or the personalisation/text differs from the original supplied by yourself then you can request a return. Belle Belle Crafts will offer a replacement of the item only.  The item must be returned to Belle Belle Crafts with all labels attached and wrapped in the original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. Any items accepted for return must not be used or reduced in value on your part. Note that Belle Belle Crafts shall not be obliged to take any action unless you notify them in writing through [email protected], of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods in question. Please also provide photographs of the item received. Made to order and personalised items cannot be returned after purchase. Please remember that because of their handmade/artisan nature, some items may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order within 8 hours; a refund in the form of a store voucher for Mumsbuzzar will be sent in an email to your registered customer account.
