- Daily 30-minute yoga session for 30-Day: Live yoga sessions 30 minutes each day for 30 days.
- Weekly Chack-In: Live Check-in weekly and ask me anything to ensure you have progressed positively
- Private supporting group: Join a private supporting group to keep yourself accountable, motivated, and inspired.
How does it work:
- Receive a confirmation through the registered email and information about the live session date and time.
- Receive a link to join a private supporting group after registering.
- Receive a reminder email a few days before the challenge begins with a Zoom link
