Shipping Policy

For ready products delivery is 2-3 working days. For custom orders delivery is 4-5 working days. You will be charged shipping to your shipping address when you place an order at mumsbuzzar.com. Local shipping cost is free for orders AED200 and above. Otherwise, standard shipping cost will apply. If you prefer to save local shipping fees, you can always choose Local pickup which means collecting the product directly from our location. You can either email us or use the online chat to confirm the location for collection.

Refund Policy

We uphold the strictest standards to ensure the quality of our products to provide the most delightful shopping experience for you. We do not offer full refund once the payment is made. However, should you need to return the products, mumsbuzzar offers store credit equal to the value of the order to purchase any other items from the site. Personalized products have a no-return policy unless the product received is not what you requested according to the order received on the website.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 8 hours; a refund in the form of a store voucher will be sent in an email to your registered customer account. 
  • In the unlikely event that you have purchased an item which is faulty, broken, different to how it was described or shown (i.e. colour or size) then you can request for return. We will offer a replacement or exchange the item. Alternatively, a store credit for the net value of the item will be issued by mumsbuzzar. The item must be returned to us with all labels attached and wrapped in the original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt. Any items accepted for return must not be used or reduced in value on your part.
  • Made to order and personalized items cannot be returned after purchase. Please remember that because of their handmade/artisan nature, some items may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
