mumsbuzzar showcases a variety of products that are carefully crafted  and mindfully sourced by our mumpreneurs and their ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.

How do I keep track of my orders?

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has been shipped. You can log into your customer account and find all your order information on the Dashboard.

Where do you deliver?

We are able to deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Internationally.

Who are your Shipping Partners?

We entrust our local shipping with Infinity Express and Emirates Post. Infinity Express covers our Dubai deliveries and Emirates Post for all the rest of the Emirates.
For International shipping, Emirates Post/DHL is our courier team to ensure that your parcel gets delivered to your selected destination safely.

How does International Shipping works?

Our mumpreneurs’ products can be shipped around the world. If the product you want doesn’t list your location as a shipping option, please send us a message using our online chat and we will organise a custom shipping quotation for you.

Please be aware that you will be charged shipping to your shipping address when you place an order at mumsbuzzar.com.

Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country. Any duties and taxes are not included and are the customers responsibility to pay.

If you choose not to pay duties and taxes imposed by your country, the order will be returned to the seller and on receipt of the unopened / undamaged parcel, a refund less shipping will be made.

How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

Our mumpreneurs will provide all information in their Product Description related to delivery times. Please note that bespoke products usually need longer lead time. This is mentioned in the description, by our mumpreneurs. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected.

For International shipping, transit time is usually 2-5 days and vary according to countries’ zone. You also need to factor in additional days for custom clearance.

How much is shipping?

Local shipping cost is free for orders AED200 and above apart for bulky items like Pinata. Otherwise, standard shipping cost will apply.

International shipping cost is calculated automatically upon checkout. The cost will vary according to countries’ zone and the products’ weight and dimension.

What does Local Pick up in the shipping options mean?

If you prefer to save local shipping fees, you can always choose Local pickup which means collecting the product directly from our mumpreneurs’ location. You can either email us or use the online chat to confirm the location for collection.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, mumsbuzzar does offer COD in UAE. You can select this option upon checkout.

What is the return and refund policy?

Our mumpreneurs upholds the strictest standards to ensure the quality of their products to provide the most delightful shopping experience for you.

We do not offer full refund once the payment is made. However, should you need to return the products, mumsbuzzar offers store credit equal to the value of the order to purchase any other items from the site. Personalized products have a no-return policy unless the product received is not what you requested according to the order received on the website.

What is your fee structure?

We strive to ensure we have a transparent fee structure. It is free to become a member and list all of your products with no restrictions or limitations whatsoever. So there are no risks to signing up and becoming a featured mumpreneur on our platform. 

There is also no need for our members to handle shipping when a customer qualifies for free shipping. In these cases, mumsbuzzar will absorb any shipping and handling costs.
These would equate to amazing value for you as a vendor and makes us one of the lowest-priced platforms in the market today!
We will only be charging a fixed 15% transaction fee when an order is successfully placed on our website. This fee includes any payment processing fees. A flat, transparent pricing offer for you.
What’s more – if you direct 10 or more orders a month, you will get a 2% discount on your transaction fee per order – so you pay only 13% for all orders processed for you in that month.
We believe this would make it all the more appealing for you to join mumsbuzzar and start showcasing your products.

Our goal is your growth. While you can operate on our platform as independent, individual trader – as your sales grows, you may be required to obtain your own license to operate as an individual business. We have partnered with agencies that can facilitate this transition.

How can I start selling?

You need to register as a mumsbuzzar vendor and we will be in touch to provide you the onboarding process so you can go through the steps and get your store vendor’s account approved.

We will email you the instructions in the form of user guide once your online store account is approved. We can also supplement it with tutorial videos or google or zoom meet if you require further assistance to complete the whole setup of your virtual store.
