mumsbuzzar showcases a variety of products that are carefully crafted by our mumpreneurs and their ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.

How do I keep track of my orders?

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has been shipped. You can log into your customer account and find all your order information on the Dashboard.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

Our mumpreneurs will provide all information in their Product Description related to delivery times. Please note that bespoke products usually need longer lead time. This is mentioned in the description, by our mumpreneurs. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is always included in the Product price for orders over AED160. Otherwise, standard shipping cost will apply.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, mumsbuzzar does offer COD. You can select this option upon checkout.

What is the return and refund policy?

Our mumpreneurs upholds the strictest standards to ensure the quality of their products to provide the most delightful shopping experience for you.

We do not offer full refund once the payment is made. However, should you need to return the products, mumsbuzzar offers store credit equal to the value of the order to purchase any other items from the site. Personalized products have a no-return policy unless the product received is not what you requested according to the order received on the website.

What is a founding member?

Our first 50 members are designated as founding members and will see additional benefits. To start with, they will qualify for a 50% discount on first year’s subscription fee. They will also get an opportunity to showcase and promote their products before the official launch of our marketplace. Your founding member status will commence from the first official go-live date of our marketplace.

What is your fee structure?

We strive to ensure we have a transparent fee structure. Our business operates on the basis of a subscription and transaction fee model. In order to sell on our marketplace, you will need to register an annual subscription fee of 500 AED. If you are a founding member, you will be able to qualify for our founding member discount. And to put your mind at ease, your subscription fee is covered by our risk-free membership policy. We also provide you the option to register as a gold member and obtain your own trade license.

As you start to transact on our marketplace, completed orders will incur a 10% transaction fee.

If you transact 10,000 AED or more on our marketplace in one membership year, we will waive your renewal fee for the following year – allowing you to keep more of your hard-earned income in your pocket.

Our goal is your growth. While you can operate on our platform as independent, individual trader – as your sales grows, you may be required to obtain your own license to operate as an individual business. We have partnered with agencies that can facilitate this transition.

How can I start selling?

You need to register as a mumsbuzzar vendor and set up your mumpreneurs page with us. We will provide you the instructions in the form of user guide, tutorial videos or google meet to complete the whole setup of your virtual store.
